About event

No one can guarantee the right to safety. But you can take it into your own hands — through knowledge, skills, and the readiness to act. This masterclass is designed for women and girls who want to:

  • overcome fear,

  • understand their real capabilities,

  • realize that they not only have the right but are also capable of defending themselves.

What is this masterclass about? We will examine typical assault scenarios and learn how to act effectively in real-world conditions. Sometimes pain is the only language an aggressor understands. You will learn to communicate your right to safety in a form the attacker understands without translation.

Program During the masterclass, participants will practice:

  • Basic strikes and combinations effective for self-defense

  • Grabs and release techniques

  • Actions to take if you are knocked off your feet

  • Fundamentals of ground fighting

All techniques are adapted for real-life application, regardless of your physical fitness level.

Who is it for? The masterclass is designed for:

  • women,

  • teenage girls,

  • who understand that the world can be dangerous but are not ready to become a victim of circumstances.
