1. Account Registration

Why should you register at mixsport.pro?

Only registered users can use all the features of the portal: add their places to the map, create events, trainer profiles, pages of own organizations and federations, leave comments about events, places and news.

How to register?

Click "Login" and choose the way of registration convenient for you - using social networks Facebook or Google+. Your profile will become active immediately.  No additional confirmation by email is required.

The data which you need to indicate in the profile.

In the profile there is a tab “Settings”, where you can specify a first name, last name, phone number, add brief information about yourself. You can also change the password for your profile at kyivmaps.com.

2. Service "Places"

How to add your place to mixsport.pro?

Only authorized users can add their places to the mixsport.pro map. To create a site page, you must do the following steps:

1. click on the “Create” icon and select “Location” in the window;
2. enter the name of the place (if you want to create a page from scratch) as well as insert a link from Facebook or Google Maps (data is automatically imported)
3. enter information: add a name, description, keywords, prices, address, phone numbers, e-mail, website;
4. add photos and logo;
5. Click "Save"

When will my site appear onmixsport.pro?

Your page will appear on the portal after passing the check in turn. If your site corresponds to the portal and you have correctly added all the information, the site administrator activates it.

What places can I add?

In addition you can add places for sports and recreation centers on the portal mixsport.pro. These places are stadiums, swimming pools, sports grounds, sports clubs, sports schools, sports federations, sports complexes and parks.

How many places can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of places.

How can I manage my places?

The list of your places is available in your personal account. You can edit all your places by authorizing on the site. After each change, the place gets on moderation and will be activated after approval by the site administrator.

3. Service "Events"

How to add your event to mixsport.pro?

To add your event to mixsport.pro, log in first. To create an event page, do the following:

• click on the "Create" icon and choose the "Event";
• enter the name of the event (if you want to create a page from scratch) or insert a link from Facebook (then part of the data is automatically imported);
• enter or correct information: name, description, event dates, keywords, prices;
• enter the address or add a venue for the event;
• if it is necessary, enter the organizer, phone, e-mail, links to social networks;
• add a photo;
• click “Save”.

When will my event appear on mixsport.pro?

The page of your event will appear on the portal after passing the check in turn. If your event corresponds to the portal theme and you correctly added all the information, the site administrator activates it.

What events can I add?

On the portal mixsport.pro you can add sporting events which take place in Ukraine. 

How many events can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of events.

How can I manage my events?

A list of your events is available in your personal account. You can edit the pages of all your events by authorizing on the site. After each change, the event gets on moderation and will be activated after approval by the administrator.

4. Service «Trainers»

How to add a trainer to mixsport.pro?

To create a trainer page, first log in. To create a trainer page, follow these steps:

• click on the “Create” icon and select in the “Trainer” window;
• enter the name;
• add information: description, keywords, prices, contacts and parameters;
• add a photo;
• click “Save”.

When will the trainer page appear on mixsport.pro?

The trainer page will appear on the portal after passing the test. If you correctly added all the information, the site administrator activates the page.

How many trainers can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of trainers.

How can I manage the trainer pages?

The list of trainers added by you is available in your personal account. You can edit the trainer pages by authorizing on the site. After each change the coach page is moderated and will be activated after approval by the administrator.

How can you evaluate trainers?

Only authorized users can add a rating and add feedback to the trainer on the site. The site administration will delete comments with rude and inappropriate language, direct or indirect insults, short evaluative comments (“super”, “awful”, “normal”) as well as the comments inciting national and social enmity.

5. Change of settings

How to change the password on the portal?

You can change the password in the “Settings” tab in the profile menu.

How to delete a profile?

An account can be deleted by the site administrator after receiving a mail request: support@mixsport.pro.
