Joseph Pilates distinguished three principles in his Method of Kontrology:
- Full body health
- Awareness of the whole body
The general idea of these principles leads us to the quality of movement instead of quantity. In Pilates, and especially in Polestar Pilates, we are seriously talking about how to make people happy.
