Bath procedures harden the body, boost immunity, and increase resistance to illnesses and stress. The bath has a healing effect on the muscles and nervous system, helping them relax, relieving tension, stress, and feelings of anxiety.

The greatest benefits come from SPA treatments, aromatherapy, massage, and, of course, the sauna itself with a swimming pool. Kyiv can offer a wide selection of Finnish saunas, Russian banyas, and hammams, where after the steam room you can plunge into cool water.

We have prepared for you a top list of the capital’s saunas where you can relax and get maximum health benefits.

Bath Complex in X-Park

A wood-fired banya offers an excellent opportunity for high-quality steaming. Here you can use the services of a professional bath attendant and massage therapist. You can also swim in an ice hole or simply grill shashlik in the BBQ area. In addition, you can order Transcarpathian hot tubs and bathe in them.

  • Cost of services from 800 UAH per hour.

A sauna with an ice hole promotes hardening of the body. Kyiv can boast many saunas located near bodies of water, where in winter you can safely plunge into an ice hole. For example, every Sunday the Penguin Ice Party is held at the X-Park sports and entertainment complex, where a large number of people practice hardening and winter swimming.
