Cherkasy school wushu conducts classes for children aged 5 to 14 years. The training program includes contactless testing of strikes, waves, blockages, attacking and protective elements, acrobatics, flexibility, for the senior group - possession of weapons (sword, pole, spear). Our workouts contribute to the overall strengthening of the body, the harmonious development of the child, the improvement of physical qualities, the development of strength, speed, endurance, coordination, flexibility.
Our team regularly holds city and regional competitions, visits the Ukrainian Championships, takes a lot of prize places.
In addition, during extra time, we organize trips by nature to the whole team and hike on the roller bear.
