Myron Cup

The Ukrainian Powerlifting Federation (UPC), together with the tournament organizers, invites all athletes to participate in the open all-Ukrainian tournament "Miron Cup UPC 2026," which will take place on September 19–20, 2026.

Competition Disciplines:

• Powerlifting

• Powerlifting (two-lift: squat & deadlift)

• Bench Press

• Deadlift

• Strict Bicep Curl

• Equipped Bench Press (Soft-suit)

• Extreme Bench Press

• Team Competition

Awards: Winners and runners-up in each category will be awarded medals and diplomas. Additionally, absolute winners will be determined by coefficient and awarded with cash prizes and cool gifts from the official tournament sponsors! Best teams of the tournament will also be determined and will receive trophies and prizes from the sponsors.
