Outdoor Yoga Season is Now Open!
Starting May 5th, we begin our morning sessions in the fresh air:
Tuesday & Thursday — 07:00–08:00 (1 hour)
Saturday — 07:00–08:30 (1.5 hours)
We will be testing this schedule for a month, after which we’ll review and adjust it to make the practice as comfortable as possible for you.
With the sun out and energy levels rising, I might add even more morning sessions while we have the chance to enjoy yoga in nature.
