Instructor of the Ukrainian Yoga Federation
Instructor of the Abhay School of Strength Training
From early childhood he became interested in sports and did not climb out of sports sections. The first of these was swimming, which I began to practice at the age of 7. The first half of the school years passed in an active passion for football and basketball. The second half, starting from grade 7, was devoted to karate. In college, he became interested in boxing and kickboxing.
He received higher technical education at NTUU "KPI". At the moment I am getting a second higher education at the National University of Physical Education and Sports.
He began his career from college, combining training and work. He worked in IT and sales. He ended his career as a project manager. He started his business with retail, then followed by a wholesale business with a staff of 10 people, successfully functioning to this day. At the stages of business development, a series of trainings was held on sales, effective management and negotiation. The trainings certainly gave a new look and understanding of the subject being studied, only the picture was fragmentary, a holistic look, linking various aspects of life was constantly lacking.
Yoga became the very puzzle that connected and linked together, inspired and continues to fill with meaning. He began to do yoga with Boris Pakhol in 2006. At the moment, I continue to practice under the guidance of Andrei Grigorievich Safronov.
At the moment, I lead groups in hatha yoga, I take part in organizing and conducting yoga seminars.
