The classes pole dance we learns twist on the pylon (from simple to complex), various kinds of tricks on strength, flexibility or stretching various stoechky, vypryzhki transitions and tricks.
Pole dance develops the muscles of the back, arms, abs and strengthens the whole body. Despite the seeming ease of movement this dance requires sufficient flexibility, endurance, grace, coordination and agility.
The level of training: any. Coach will find approach to each and pick the most effective program in training.
Duration of training - 1 hour 20 minutes. Classes include a half-hour warm-up and testing of pole dance program.
