Nazar is a personal hand-to-hand combat trainer. Engaged in martial arts since 2010, the experience of training in various directions: hand-to-hand combat, boxing, taekwondo. In the sports club "Arkuda" conducts only (!) Personal training in hand-to-hand combat for adults and children, as well as self-defense classes for girls. Experience with children over 5 years.
