About the place
My name is Victoria Scheglova I coach yoga for beginners and founder of Studio Yoga live.
Doing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2010.
In 2012, opened its direction YOGA LIVE.
Classes are designed for people who lead a sedentary lifestyle and need simple and effective exercises that are healthier back, joints and harmonize emotional state.
Training suitable for any level of training, age and sex, including breathing exercises and deep relaxation.
In addition to group and individual lessons in the warmer months, we organize training outdoors in parks and squares, arrange yoga picnics, festivals and outdoor activities that combine and introduce residents of our city with each other and with the world of yoga and healthy life. And together we walk to theaters, concerts and bath :)
My goal - to inspire others to be healthy, active and happy at any age!
