The stadium was built in 1936 under the title "Flag". In 1968 he was made post-war reconstruction.
In 2008, in connection with the move to the stadium of the local team "Avangard" the club began reconstruction. In the years 2011-2017 the stadium was called "Vanguard". In September 2017 the stadium returned to the historical name "Flag".
