About the place
In his work with the Trust we pay attention to the "hard skills" (Hard Skills) and "soft skills" (Soft Skills). We understand that most of our players will become professionals in the field other than sports, so we try to give them so-called "soft skills" that they can use no matter who they are. We organize many recreational and developmental activities to the player developed physically, morally, spiritually and socially. Our players are assigned to coaches, mentors, from which players can get advice, advice on personal mentoring meetings.
The main task of head coach - to see the potential of the ward and help him become what he can be.
