In addition to training, we often spend time together: the summer we go to the beach, engaged in outdoor sports fields, meet athletes from other areas celebrate together. A Judo is not the easiest nor the safest sport! Children are often injured, given the specificity of the sport! Classes take place very rapidly with no little importance is given to training of endurance and power-speed! Thus children learn and perform complex coordination movements!
