School of Contemporary Dance "Rondo" is a part of sport and dance club "Rondo" from 2003.
The program - modern choreography such as disco, hip hop, modern.
Classes are held in groups and individually. We invite you to visit our class, as set takes time!
If you are looking to have a perfect figure, correct posture and good progress, it is not too late to join the magical world of dancing!
The course includes the following components:
- general physical training, which includes performing various exercises to strengthen the body work on the joints, stretching, basics of acrobatics;
- rhythm (will develop a sense of rhythm, musical ear);
