What runday?
This weekly races 5 km from the fixing time. Participation is free and open to all, and the results are published online, so you can track your progress or compete with friends.
To create runday have inspired British initiative parkrun. They all began in autumn 2004, when 13 runners gathered in Bushy Park, Teddington, UK. Since that day parkrun grew into a large-scale international movement, which has over two million registered members and volunteers jogging parks in 1127 locations worldwide.
Unfortunately, they no longer connect new countries in its network, and we decided to create a separate project. As they say, "Whether he changes that you want to see."
The idea - 5 km, weekly, free of charge, without any restrictions on age or physical shape runner.
Our races are open to all. You can quickly rush of wind, run to the quiet pace and enjoy the distance. The main thing - to enjoy jogging, their achievements and healthy lifestyle. We are pleased to see professional athletes, and our pride is people who make their first steps in the sport with us.
