Recruitment on a regular basis of girls from 3 years in the initial training group.
Workouts include:
basics of classic choreography;
stretching all twine;
gymnastics (exercises to strengthen the muscles, the development of flexibility and elasticity of ligaments);
exercises with the subject (jump rope, hoop, ball, clubs, tape);
acrobatic training;
a set of general developmental exercises.
