About the place
Karate "Mikado" Kharkiv Club was founded in 1990. The founder and the head coach is Mazalov Sergey Ivanovich, repeated champion of Ukraine, winner of the World Cup, an international instructor of the JKS, the judge of national category, 4 given JKS.
Over the years the club has been prepared a large number of high-class athletes, champions and winners of regional, national and international competitions.
Club pupils annually technical certification according to the standards karate JKS World Association. Coach and older students are constantly improving their technical level to the international seminars of the Japanese masters.
During the summer, the club organizes a visit of children in sports camps Kharkiv region and beyond. Classes are held on the basis of secondary school №49.
