For many 75 years, many generations of young Chernihivs had a wonderful opportunity to become pupils of the Chernihiv Palace of Children and Youth, and discovered a bright, unique world of childhood.

In the Palace of Pioneers there are art amateur groups, there is a room for table games, chess and checkers, young people of nature come to the senses.

The palace is an organizational mass and instructional and methodical center for diverse out-of-school work with pupils of all ages of city and oblast schools.

"Our second home" - so lovingly called the Palace more than 2000 students who are engaged now in 129 circles of different directions and activities.
