#PenguinIceParty is the main weekly event in the field of health and an active lifestyle in Kiev. These are 30% bath procedures, 30% diving in an ice hole, 30% outdoor training and 10% inspirational conversations among like-minded people.
For several years, we managed to grow out of a small club with interests in a large-scale weekly event, known among people of different professions and ages. And the secret of our popularity is the simple truth - cold water and bath procedures can help make everyone healthy and beautiful.
