Truskavets' "Naftusia" became the fourth participant in the final round due to better performance among teams that finished second in their groups.

The semifinal pairs are formed based on the results of the previous season. On the first day of the tournament, the following semifinals will take place:

• VK "Bukovynka" (Chernivtsi) – "Naftusia" (Truskavets)
• SK "Balta" (Balta) – VK "Dobrodi-Meduniversytet-SHVS" (Vinnytsia)
