Hello Everyone! It's time to resume our trampoline trainings !
I would like to remind you how useful trampoline training is in general:
- Trampoline training develops coordination, which is important even for basic jumps.
- We pump endurance and agility - indispensable skills in the mountains, as well as on wakeboard.
- We will learn to jump beautifully, do somersaults and practice the elements on the board.
And also, in addition to trampoline training, we are going to:
- Train various elements on the balance board, using it, we will improve coordination, learn to keep a good balance, strengthen the muscles of the buttocks, legs and thighs.
- An excellent bonus will be additional swapping and stretching, which will allow us to be fully armed before the new season !
Trainings will be held for both children and adults!
Anastasiia Ponomarenko, Ukrainian and the world wakeboarding champion, the founder of the wake-school "WakeSpace" will hold trainings!
